1. Power On

Locate the control module inside the headband. Press and hold the button until you hear “Power on.”

‍2. Adjust Volume

‍Press the button once to raise or lower the volume in small steps. Repeat until it feels comfortable.

‍3. Set Sleep Timer

‍Press and hold the button to enter timer mode. Then short-press to cycle through available timer lengths (for example: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 8.5 hours, or Play Once then Power Off)

.4. Power Off

‍To turn the device off manually, press and hold the button until you hear “Power off.”

‍5. Charging

‍Remove the speakers from the headband. Plug a micro-USB cable into the charging port on the module, and plug the other end into a USB power source.

• Blinking red light = charging
• Solid red light = fully charged
• After charging, reinsert the speakers.

6. Washing & Care

‍Always remove the module and speakers before washing.Machine wash the headband on warm and tumble dry on medium heat.Do not bleach, iron, or dry-clean.

‍7. Re-inserting Speakers

Insert the speakers back into the headband, positioning them so that each one sits comfortably over your ears. The soft grey side of each speaker should face your ear.

‍8. Fitting the Headband

‍Place the headband gently around your head and adjust it so it fits snugly but comfortably. Make sure the speakers sit directly over your ears for best sound quality.

‍9. Sleep well, wake up rested!
